UC Santa Barbara Off-Campus Housing

There are a number of off-campus housing entities available to UC Santa Barbara, students, faculty, and staff. They are located throughout Isla Vista and are available only to the UCSB affiliated populations.

Ocean Walk at North Campus

Ocean Walk has been created under the authority of The Regents for the purpose of providing affordable workforce housing for faculty and staff.

Santa Catalina Residence Halls

Santa Catalina is UC Santa Barbara’s largest residence hall, accommodating nearly 1400 freshmen. It is comprised of a north and south tower.

San Clemente Villages

San Clemente Villages opened for fall quarter 2008 and is the first UCSB housing facility for single graduate students.

Sierra Madre Village

The Sierra Madre Villages opened in Fall 2015. Sierra Madre is home to 506 students in 109 units and is only a 10-minute bike ride from the middle of campus.
