UCSB Off-Campus Housing
The UCSB Off-Campus Housing Initiative provides students the opportunity to live in UCSB affiliated properties near, but not on, the main campus. These application-based housing options provide a supportive student community, access to meal plans, and more affordable rates compared to many non-affiliated off-campus properties. The application for many of these complexes opens in January of the year living is to be arranged.
