
Pardall Center Governance Board
The Pardall Center Governance Board convenes to address issues and devise policies and solutions concerning the center within the Isla Vista community. This board also oversees the management of the Pardall Center’s budget. Serving on this board offers valuable insights into Isla Vista’s policies, culture, and its connection to Associated Students and the University. The Pardall Center Governance Board is funded by UCSB’s Associated Students.

The Pardall Center Governance Board meets regularly throughout the year to discuss Center operations, allocations, and upcoming events. Dates and times for this quarter’s regularly scheduled Board meetings are listed below. All regularly scheduled meetings are open to the public, and students are welcome to attend and share their perspectives. The Pardall Center Governance Board is seeking motivated UCSB students who want to support the Isla Vista community and guide the future of the Pardall Center. Serving on the Board is a unique opportunity to gain leadership experience, participate in local decision-making, and contribute directly to the Heart of Isla Vista.
Responsibilities
- Attending weekly board meetings
- Expanding center policies and operations
- Creating community events
- Conducting outreach to Isla Vista orgs
Students from all majors and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
